HRD Patient Medication Review software provides a patient database of review documents including Resident Medication Profile, Intervention Record, Comprehensive Medication Report and dMMR Referral Form.
The patient information includes facility (nursing home)details, responsible doctor, case manager, patient UR and Medicare number. Drug and medical information from the HRD references or other computer based local or online information is able to be copied and pasted to the dMMR/Medication Review forms.
HRD - Patient Medication Review manages up to 20 documents for each patient.
