HRD includes an optional
patient medication review module. Medication review documents for nursing home patients and domicillary in home patients are retained for immediate recall and printing. The easy to use interface allows standard review templates to be selected then annotated as required. Drug and related medical information is easily pasted to the HRD - medication review software from HRD references or alternative electronic reference systems. |

HRD - Medication Review software

nursing home or other facility, case manager and
review pharmacist. Patient details and documents
are held in a single database. Each patient
record can retain 20 review documents and reports.
The software is purposefully designed to allow
quick text entry from HRD drug and medical
references and all forms are able to be
customised if needed to the pharmacists
preference. HRD contains therapeutic drug and
medical references to assist in the provision of
